Swallow Fashion has been providing quality dressmaking and clothing
alteration services at unbeatable low prices since it was established in 1990.
Due to our success and consistency in providing top quality services, we have
now expanded into 3 new store locations (Myer Centre, ANZAC Square and Mary Street).
We endeavour ourselves to supply the utmost top service and quality to
our clients, whether this be alterations, remodelling or dry
cleaning. Our Company's goal is to provide customers with:

Company Policies
Household Items/Garment Damage Policy
Our
company follows a strict policy set by the Textile Services
Association, which require the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments.
We utilize our expertise to judge the best method in amending or cleaning your
garments. However we cannot assume responsibility for any inherent defects or
material damage.
A
certain standard is guaranteed via dry-cleaning, however it cannot be certain
that the exact properties will remain after dry-cleaning and laundering in
order to remove stains and marks.
Any
liability reimbursements in respect to damage to garments cannot exceed the
limit which is based on the cost charged for the service in relation to the
garment.
Return Policy
Our
Company's objective is to satisfy customer, should you have any issues with the
service, we are more than happy to repeat the service for the garment free of
charge. We would appreciate if the docket is still attached and returned within
five (5) days after you have picked up the garment.
Loss Policy
In
cases of unfortunate circumstances where the garment is lost or misplaced, we are covered by insurance and will process your claim in a prompt and efficient manner.
